Citrus Amber Lager

ABV: 4.9% - IBU: 25

For years the source of local fruit for our beers has been Columbia Gorge Organics. We teamed with them once again to give our Amber Lager a citrus twist. Dry-hopped with Saaz and Mandarina Bavaria, then finished with 40lbs od orange peel from CGO, this beer is the perfect fall refreshment.

Vanilla Peach Porter

ABV: 5.5%  - IBU: 45

Starting with an easy-drinking porter as our base, we added lactose to give body and a nice, creamy mouthfeel. Morrocan vanilla beans were split then soaked in bourbon before their addition in the bright tank. The peach flavor adds a nice accent to the vanilla, and can be found in the aroma and finish of this dark beauty.

First Crack Oatmeal Pale Ale

ABV: 5.9%  - IBU: 40

Brewed in collaboration with Stoked Coffee Roasters, we showcase the interplay between hops and coffee. A specific roasting curve, using Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, was used to accentuate berry notes, soft melanoidins, and subtle cocoa. The hop profile includes Citra American Noble hops, Azacca, and Ekuanot for a rich blend of cranberry and herb. Two-hundred pounds of oats provides a sweet creamy body and a beautiful white lace.

Antifogmatic CDA

ABV: 6.0%  - IBU: 71

Just in time for the cool weather, this CDA is dark, roasty and loaded with classic resinous piney flavors and aromas. At only 6.0%, Antifogmatic will brace those bad weather days ahead!

Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Cherry Red

ABV: 11.5%  - IBU: 5

An Imperial Red Ale fermented blend of Brettanomyces Bruxellensis, Brettanomyces Lambicus, Lactobacillus Brevis and a Belgian Saison yeast strain and aged for a year in Horse Heaven Hills bourbon barrels. After careful monitoring for PH and flavor complexity, 500lbs of tart cherries were added for further fermentation and flavor development. The final blending is 15% mixed culture Porter aged three years in Willamette Valley port barrels. Enjoy the intense, bold and complex flavors including dark dried cherries, French oak, and tart cherry pie. This is a true sipper to be savored!

The DRF Dark Rye Farmhouse Ale

ABV: 7.85%  - IBU:12.5

The DFR began as a big, Dark Rye Farmhouse Ale fermented with Brettanomyces Bruxellenis and aged for two years in 87% Horse Heaven Hills Bourbon barrels and 13% Willamette Valley Merlot barrels. 250lbs of blackberries and 250lbs of plums were added and left to ferment months prior to final blending. For complexity, a 20% final blend of our “Vino Rico” was added prior to bottling. Enjoy this mildly tart, light bodied blackberry and plum farmhouse ale.
