This crushable pale has copious amounts of juicy aroma and flavor, provided by thebalanced blend of Citra, Cascade, and CTZ hops. Rolled oats in the malt bill help provide the perfect body. Crush and repeat

the  cryo-chronic ipa

ABV: 6.9% - IBU: 80

This award-winning IPA is brewed with Cryo Hops from Yakima Chief Hop Union. Using an innovative cryogenic process, lupulin glands are separated from the hop cone, leaving behind a “hop powder” containing all the flavor and aroma oils. Enjoy the huge aroma and juicy flavor from the pounds of Mosaic in this experimental IPA.

86 STOUT DRY IRISH STOUT

ABV: 4.5% - IBU: 32

When you just need a beer all day long, our dry Irish has you covered. With layers of premium malts, the chocolate and roasted flavors don't skip a beat - and at 4.5%, this one finishes light and clean. Go ahead, you've got all day to get 86 Stout

PING POM POMEGRANATE SOUR

ABV: 7.5% - IBU: 0

Serve your tastebuds a sour spin they won't forget. Let the pomegranate flavors loop together a subtle sweetness that won't leave you short. Ping POM sour is refreshing and crisp, pouring a pink-orange color with a bright white head. Get a grip on this beer and smash a few before your next match.

Vanilla Peach Porter

ABV: 5.5%  - IBU: 45

Starting with an easy-drinking porter as our base, we added lactose to give body and a nice, creamy mouthfeel. Morrocan vanilla beans were split then soaked in bourbon before their addition in the bright tank. The peach flavor adds a nice accent to the vanilla, and can be found in the aroma and finish of this dark beauty.

First Crack Oatmeal Pale Ale

ABV: 5.9%  - IBU: 40

Brewed in collaboration with Stoked Coffee Roasters, we showcase the interplay between hops and coffee. A specific roasting curve, using Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, was used to accentuate berry notes, soft melanoidins, and subtle cocoa. The hop profile includes Citra American Noble hops, Azacca, and Ekuanot for a rich blend of cranberry and herb. Two-hundred pounds of oats provides a sweet creamy body and a beautiful white lace.

Antifogmatic CDA

ABV: 6.0%  - IBU: 71

Just in time for the cool weather, this CDA is dark, roasty and loaded with classic resinous piney flavors and aromas. At only 6.0%, Antifogmatic will brace those bad weather days ahead!

Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Cherry Red

ABV: 11.5%  - IBU: 5

An Imperial Red Ale fermented blend of Brettanomyces Bruxellensis, Brettanomyces Lambicus, Lactobacillus Brevis and a Belgian Saison yeast strain and aged for a year in Horse Heaven Hills bourbon barrels. After careful monitoring for PH and flavor complexity, 500lbs of tart cherries were added for further fermentation and flavor development. The final blending is 15% mixed culture Porter aged three years in Willamette Valley port barrels. Enjoy the intense, bold and complex flavors including dark dried cherries, French oak, and tart cherry pie. This is a true sipper to be savored!

The DRF Dark Rye Farmhouse Ale

ABV: 7.85%  - IBU:12.5

The DFR began as a big, Dark Rye Farmhouse Ale fermented with Brettanomyces Bruxellenis and aged for two years in 87% Horse Heaven Hills Bourbon barrels and 13% Willamette Valley Merlot barrels. 250lbs of blackberries and 250lbs of plums were added and left to ferment months prior to final blending. For complexity, a 20% final blend of our “Vino Rico” was added prior to bottling. Enjoy this mildly tart, light bodied blackberry and plum farmhouse ale.

Everybody’s hi Sour-
Farmhouse ale

6.2% ABV     2 IBUs

You’ll find big, fruity, pineapple and citrus flavors with a tart punch in this Sour-Farmhouse Ale. Soured with Lactobacillus brought over from Oahu by Lanikai Brewing and fermented with a blend of Norwegian Kviek yeast strains grown by Sleight Labs in Seattle. Say aloha to this funky sour ale!

Foggy Goggles Hazy IPA

6.9% ABV     35 IBUs

This IPA pours a bright, hazy orange color with flavors of honeydew, orange sherbet, and peaches. Featuring Galaxy, Simcoe, Azacca, and Ella hops. Brewed with rolled oats, wheat, and lactose for a balanced, creamy body.

This Abbey inspired Belgian Dubbel was parked in multiple conditioning tanks for weeks! Brewed with Belgian Pilsner and Trappist yeast, and Belgian candi sugar, this beer will take up extra spaces in your taste buds with notes of brown sugar, golden raisins, plums and toasted biscuits.

What’s golder than gold?  Double gold. What’s golder than double gold? Tripel Gold! Fresh Bartlett pear aroma is blended with clean, complex Belgian pilsner malt flavors. This beer is deceptively easy drinking, and finishes smooth and warm just like liquid gold.

 Chelsea Gem Oyster Stout

6.8% ABV     41 IBUs

We used clean Chelsea Gem oyster shells in the boil to add a silky smooth mouth feel to this rich, full bodied beer. Layers of chocolate, dark roasted coffee, and toasted brown sugar are found in this beauty. A tan head with tight bubbles leave an elegant lace and creamy finish.

Resilience IPA

6.7% ABV     70 IBUs

We’re supporting those impacted by the Camp Fire by joining over 1500 other breweries in brewing Resilience IPA. We will donate 100% of Resilience sales to the Sierra Nevada Camp Fire Relief Fund to help Butte County rebuild its community. This beer gives back!
